The posting

Als Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid binnen verschillende projecten. Je begeleidt het traject van studiefase tot oplevering en zorgt voor een correcte toepassing en continue verbetering van de QHSE-processen.

Je combineert een strategische visie met een sterke operationele aanwezigheid en werkt nauw samen met interne teams, projectverantwoordelijken, onderaannemers en externe partners.

QHSE-beleid & kwaliteitsmanagement

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert het QHSE-managementsysteem, inclusief processen, procedures en KPI's.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en ondersteunt certificeringstrajecten.
  • Je organiseert QHSE-overleg, rapporteert over resultaten en verbeterpunten en stimuleert het QHSE-bewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Je voert audits en controles uit en volgt afwijkingen en verbeteracties op.

Risicobeheer & preventie

  • Je identificeert en analyseert QHSE-risico's op kantoor en projectlocaties en werkt passende preventiemaatregelen uit.
  • Je coördineert de veiligheids- en preventieaanpak en staat in voor het QHSE-beheer van onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Je volgt relevante regelgeving en administratieve verplichtingen op en neemt deel aan relevante preventie- en overlegorganen.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en afwijkingen, analyseert de oorzaken en vertaalt deze naar concrete actieplannen.

Projectbegeleiding

  • Je integreert QHSE-vereisten vanaf de ontwerpfase en volgt de toepassing ervan tijdens de uitvoering op.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers en onderaannemers en zorgt voor de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
  • Je verzorgt de QHSE-rapportering en detecteert verbetermogelijkheden en efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding binnen QHSE, bijvoorbeeld als HSE-ingenieur, preventieadviseur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen QHSE, bij voorkeur in een technische, industriële of projectmatige omgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van veiligheids-, milieu- en welzijnsregelgeving, inclusief regelgeving rond tijdelijke en mobiele bouwplaatsen.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement, audits, documentbeheer en ISO-normen
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en kunt risico's en incidenten grondig analyseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet QHSE-richtlijnen op een duidelijke en pragmatische manier over te brengen.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht en kunt meerdere projecten en prioriteiten tegelijk beheren.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en bij voorkeur ben je tweetalig NL/FR.
  • Je bent bereid je regelmatig naar verschillende projectlocaties te verplaatsen.
