Met ons eigen modulaire systeem, moderne technieken en een flinke dosis creativiteit realiseren we beursconcepten en bouwen we duurzame stands die merken laten opvallen. Ons doel? Maximaal resultaat met minimale impact op de planeet. Dat doen we samen: met klanten, partners en natuurlijk ons team van #ExhibitionHeroes . Met vestigingen in Zaandam, Oostzaan, Barcelona en Milaan bedienen we klanten in heel Europa. Maar daar stopt onze ambitie niet. De komende jaren bouwen we verder aan een sterk Europees logistiek netwerk met meerdere strategische hubs. Om die groei mogelijk te maken, zoeken we een Manager Logistics die niet alleen onze dagelijkse logistieke operatie naar een hoger niveau brengt, maar ook meebouwt aan de logistieke organisatie van de toekomst. Een manager die structuur creëert, processen optimaliseert en samen met het team zorgt dat onze materialen altijd op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan het succes van onze projecten én aan de verdere internationale groei van A-Booth. De rol Als Manager Logistics ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling logistiek. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 15 collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen efficiënt en veilig verlopen. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, coacht medewerkers en creëert structuur. Tegelijkertijd kijk je vooruit. Je analyseert processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Naast de dagelijkse operatie speel je een belangrijke rol in onze Europese groeiambitie. Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van ons warehouse management systeem, de inrichting en samenwerking in onze bestaande vestigingen, én onze logistieke hubs in Europa.
