Ben jij de manager met een luisterend oor die houdt van de dynamiek die past bij de LVB+-zorg? - Regio Amsterdam; - 32 - 36 uur per week; - € 4.077,- tot €5.926,- (FWG 60) Wat ga je doen als Manager LVB+ Je geeft leiding aan een team van 25 professionals. Je hebt oog voor wat er speelt, zowel in het team als in de begeleiding van cliënten. Op deze locatie wonen ruim 40 cliënten zelfstandig, waarbij op de locatie 3 inloophuiskamers aanwezig zijn, van waaruit de professionals werkzaam zijn. Als manager breng je duidelijkheid en structuur. Je bent in staat het goede te doen op een locatie met veel dynamiek. Je zorgt voor kwalitatief goede zorg én een gezond financieel resultaat. Je geeft direct leiding aan begeleiders en ondersteuners en hebt hierbij oog voor teamdynamiek. Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de locatie en behandelaren. Ook ben je de schakel tussen de overkoepelende facilitaire dienst en de locatie. Over de organisatie Je werkt bij een organisatie die ondersteuning biedt aan mensen met een LVB-achtergrond en mogelijke GGZ-problematiek. De organisatie is actief in de regio Amsterdam. Je maakt als teammanager onderdeel uit van een hecht team van managers met wie je regelmatig samenkomt om ervaringen uit te wisselen. Functie-eisen Manager LVB+ - Een hbo-diploma in een zorg gerelateerde richting, aangevuld met een managementopleiding; - Je hebt ruime leidinggevende ervaring in de zorg, en bent bekend met de doelgroep; - Je bent empathisch, zichtbaar en besluitvaardig; - Je kunt effectief sturen op kwaliteit, financiën en processen.
