Projectleiding: Je coördineert en stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan bij verschillende overnametrajecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van elk project. Je bewaakt de voortgang, zorgt voor heldere communicatie tussen de betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines en doelstellingen worden behaald. Strategisch advies: Je adviseert ondernemers op het hoogste niveau en fungeert als sparringpartner bij het nemen van complexe strategische beslissingen. Hierbij breng je jouw expertise in bedrijfsvoering en marktanalyse in om ondernemers te helpen weloverwogen keuzes te maken die hun bedrijfsdoelen ondersteunen.
