Functie Als Manager Maintenance en SHE ben jij fulltime een belangrijke spil binnen onze pluimvee verwerkende locaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze bedrijfsvoering veilig, duurzaam, technisch betrouwbaar en volledig compliant draait. Van optimale technische beschikbaarheid, veilige werkplekken voor de medewerkers, waterzuivering tot energiebeheer en van emissierapportages tot procesoptimalisaties; jij zorgt dat alles klopt ! Je werkt nauw samen met productie, Technische dienst, Kwaliteit en het Managementteam. Jouw werk heeft directe impact op zowel de dagelijkse operatie als de strategische duurzaamheidsdoelen van Groenland Group. Je standplaats zal zowel Esbro in Wehl zijn, als GroenlandKip in Bodegraven. Je werkgebied omvat ook de locaties in Nijkerkerveen, Bergambacht, Alphen aan den Rijn en Belfeld. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Maintenance Focus ligt op de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van installaties en gebouwen. - Asset Management: Beheren van de levenscyclus van bedrijfsmiddelen om de kosten te beheersen en de levensduur te verlengen. - Onderhoudsstrategie: Opstellen van plannen voor preventief, correctief en modificaties. - Budgetbeheer: de kosten van personeel, (reserve)onderdelen, externe dienstverleners. - Contractmanagement: Aansturen van externe servicepartijen en leveranciers SHE (Safety, Health en Environment) De focus ligt hier op compliance en...
