Jouw impact Als Manager Market Operations ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het gespecialiseerde team dat ervoor zorgt dat onze complexe marktprocessen soepel verlopen en onze dagelijkse klantprocessen goed beschermd zijn. Je vormt de brug tussen goed people management, operationele excellentie en technologische innovatie. Aan de ene kant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de 'run' : je zorgt ervoor dat onze dagelijkse processen op de energiemarkt stabiel en compliant zijn. Aan de andere kant leid je de 'change' : samen met Customer Operations, Product, Tech en Data automatiseer je workflows en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe marktregels soepel worden geïmplementeerd. Je bouwt aan een teamcultuur waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en het beste uit zichzelf halen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat complexe en gereguleerde marktvereisten nooit ten koste gaan van de snelheid of klantbeleving van Vandebron. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan Niels Haverkort, Director Operations. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden en coachen: Je geeft leiding aan en ontwikkelt ons Market Operations & Backoffice-team.
