Gomes Manager Marketing Fulltime Ervaren Alkmaar Koraalstraat Gomes is een ambitieus automotive familiebedrijf met 14 vestigingen en zo'n 600 collega's. We voeren Mercedes-Benz als hoofdmerk, aangevuld met Smart, BYD, VOYAH en Dongfeng - over personenwagens, bestelwagens én trucks. Daarnaast hebben we een eigen leasemaatschappij en twee schadebedrijven. We bedienen zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. We staan op een kantelpunt. Marketing is bij ons volop in beweging: van een uitvoerende functie naar een meetbare motor achter groei, klantbehoud en aftersales. De technologie verandert razendsnel - AI, data-gedreven personalisatie, marketing automation - en wij willen daar niet in meebewegen, maar vooroplopen. Daarvoor zoeken we iemand die dat kantelpunt niet alleen ziet aankomen, maar het team er doorheen loodst. Wat ga je doen? Als Marketingmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige marketingfunctie binnen Gomes. Je geeft leiding aan een team van creatieve en digitale professionals, je bewaakt de strategie en het budget, en je bent de verbindende schakel tussen marketing, sales en de vestigingen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO. Je bouwt niet aan losse campagnes, maar aan een fundament: een marketingorganisatie die stuurt op conversie en die haar bijdrage aan de omzet - zowel in sales als aftersales - hard kan maken. - Je vertaalt de strategische prioriteiten van Gomes naar een concrete marketingstrategie en een scherpe marketingkalender die aansluit op wat de organisatie op elk moment nodig heeft. - Je bouwt en ontwikkelt het team. Je prikkelt mensen, geeft vertrouwen en ruimte, en stelt collega's in staat om te groeien en met eigen ideeën te komen. - Je verdeelt mensen en middelen zó dat we maximaal rendement halen uit wat we hebben - en je onderbouwt waar we moeten investeren en waar niet. - Je houdt overzicht over het volledige proces, van eerste oriëntatie tot herhaalaankoop, en je slaat de brug n...
