Manager MO.Servicing Doel van de functie MO.Servicing is een belangrijke factor in het succes van ROMEO. Ons doel is niet simpelweg het verwerken van dossiers, maar het fungeren als onafhankelijke kwaliteits- en efficiëntiemotor in de keten. Daardoor kunnen bij ons aangesloten kantoren rekenen op een deskundig, prettig en voorspelbaar proces. Met een team van circa 45 gedreven professionals zorgen we voor enthousiaste adviseurs, aanbieders en consumenten, met direct bewezen resultaten (denk aan een NPS die structureel 55+ bedraagt). Als Manager MO.Servicing ben je de tactisch en operationeel eindverantwoordelijk. Je bewaakt onze unieke, onafhankelijke, nuchtere en wendbare cultuur. Je bouwt verder aan onze strategische ambitie om onze kantoren als full-service partner te bedienen. Daarbij kun je leunen op onze robuuste IT-architectuur (Accelerate) en een sterk team van specialisten en teamcoördinatoren. Je bent lid van het ROMEO Management Team (MT). Vanuit deze rol denk én doe je actief mee bij het bepalen en realiseren van de overkoepelende bedrijfsstrategie. Hoofdtaken & Verantwoordelijkheden A. Leidinggeven, Cultuur & Mens - Inspirerend leiderschap: Je leidt het sub-MT van MO.Servicing en geeft sturing aan ca. 45 professionals via drie vaste Teamcoördinatoren. - Coaching & Beoordeling: Je coacht en ondersteunt de coördinatoren zodat zij hun teams effectief kunnen begeleiden binnen de kaders van KPI's en HR-beleid. Je voert functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken met direct reports en fungeert als achtervang/adviseur voor de teamleiders. - Bewaken werkprincipes: Je bewaakt onze werkpricipes: Wendbaarheid & Collegialiteit (we werken vanuit één capaciteitspool), Eigenaarschap en Transparantie ('Nee is nee' als kaders worden overschreden). Je stimuleert teamwork en versterkt de samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en afdelingen. - Capaciteit & Werving: Je overziet het piekmanagement, schakelt met detacheerders of het flext...
