In deze rol neem je de leiding over de afdelingen Mutatie Onderhoud en Dagelijks Onderhoud, waarbij je een essentiële rol vervult bij het onderhouden van contacten met onze stakeholders. Samen met je team zet je je actief in voor het bereiken van onze organisatiedoelen en het behalen van jaarlijkse doelstellingen. Wat je onder andere gaat doen: - Leiden, ondersteunen, coachen, inspireren, motiveren en ontwikkelen van toegewezen medewerkers op diverse afdelingen. - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en (keten)partners. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij calamiteiten die teamleiders niet kunnen oplossen, in samenwerking met de opzichter. - Aandragen van verbetervoorstellen om de organisatie en de afdeling efficiënter en effectiever te laten functioneren. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Wie zoekt de opdrachtgever: - Beschikt over Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met een technische achtergrond. - Heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in zowel werkvoorbereiding als projectleiding binnen Mutatie Onderhoud. - Bezit minimaal 5 jaar aan leidinggevende ervaring.
