Wat jij gaat doen? Als hoofdverpleegkundige/OK manager ben jij:

  • Het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team van verpleegkundigen en de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers, artsen, directie en ondersteunende diensten.
  • De motor van het OK: je coacht, motiveert en organiseert de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling.
  • Een bruggenbouwer: je zorgt voor een hechte samenwerking binnen het team én multidisciplinair, ook onder hoge werkdruk.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaker: je ziet kwaliteit niet als een doel op zich, maar als een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid van het hele team.

Wie wij zoeken?

✅ Master in Verpleeg- of Vroedkunde, of een kaderopleiding gevolgd

✅ Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring

✅ Een vlotte communicator met leiderschapstalent en verantwoordelijkheidszin

✅ Passie voor kwalitatieve zorg én een gezonde interesse in procesoptimalisatie
