Als Manager on Duty bij Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum & ibis Tilburg ben jij degene die eigenaarschap pakt over één Afdeling (F&B, ontbijt, Housekeeping of Hotel) én tijdens jouw dienst hotel breed de regie voert. Als Manager on Duty heb je eigenaarschap over één afdeling binnen onze organisatie: · F&B· Ontbijt· Housekeeping· Hotel (Front Office & Guest Journey) Binnen deze afdeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, kwaliteit, planning en teamontwikkeling. Je kent het beleid, weet wat er speelt en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat deze afdeling raakt. Tijdens jouw dienst draag je daarnaast verantwoordelijkheid voor de hotelbrede operatie. Dat betekent dat jij overzicht houdt over alle afdelingen, beslissingen neemt bij vragen of situaties die afdelingsgrenzen overstijgen, het aanspreekpunt bent voor medewerkers, gasten en management en zichtbaar aanwezig bent op de vloer en rust brengt bij drukte.Je werkt operationeel mee, maar altijd vanuit regie en overzicht. Jij zorgt dat teams weten waar ze aan toe zijn en zich gesteund voelen.
