Locatie Moerdijk Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Moerdijk. Deze organisatie is actief in de energiesector en levert bijdragen aan de energietransitie en verduurzaming van de pluimveesector. In Moerdijk werkt men 7 dagen per week, 24 uur per dag en veiligheid staat voorop bij alle handelingen en beslissingen. De onderhoudsafdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud en streeft naar maximale beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van installaties. De organisatie zet in op continue verbetering en kostenoptimalisatie door middel van verbeterprojecten en een stimulerende leidinggevende aanpak. De maintenance manager geeft leiding aan een team van 9 fte, waaronder een shutdown- en projectcoördinator, een technisch inkoper en het operationele onderhoudsteam. De maintenance manager bepaalt het operationele onderhoudsplan, beheert onderhoudscontracten en werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Operations en het managementteam. De omgeving vereist kennis van stoomketels, turbines, rookgasreiniging en PLC/SCADA systemen en ervaring met onderhoudssoftware zoals Ultimo of SAP PM.
