Bij Imtech ben je verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van technische onderhoudscontracten waarin je klantencontact, financieel beheer en teamsturing combineert.

Concreet omvat jouw job als Manager Onderhoudscontracten in regio Brussel:

  • Beheren en garanderen goede uitvoering van de contractafspraken;
  • Actief onderhouden van klantenrelaties via regelmatige bezoeken en strategische meetings;
  • Bewaken van budgetten en rendabiliteit en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte facturatie en opvolging van betalingen;
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van jouw team (4 collega’s) in hun dagelijkse werking.
