Als Manager Operationele Voorbereiding & Inbedrijfstelling Hoogspanningsprojecten zorg jij ervoor dat het elektriciteitsnet toekomstbestendig blijft. Samen met jouw team werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen die bijdragen aan een stabiel en duurzaam energiesysteem. De energietransitie vraagt om een betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig elektriciteitsnet. In de regio Midden speelt TenneT een sleutelrol in het realiseren van deze ambitie. Als Manager Operationele Voorbereiding & Inbedrijfstelling Hoogspanningsprojecten geef je leiding aan een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele voorbereiding en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe en aangepaste assets. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, tijdig en volgens de juiste standaarden worden overgedragen aan de onderhouds- en beheerorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit Greenfield, Brownfield & Maintenance, Operate en Portfolio Planning & Standards. Je draagt bij aan de versnelling van de energietransitie door te zorgen voor een soepele en veilige integratie van assets in het net. Jouw bijdrage aan TenneT Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van commissioning -activiteiten in de regio Midden . Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe en aangepaste assets veilig en correct worden geïntegreerd in het bestaande net. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen projectontwikkeling, uitvoering en beheer. - Definieert projectscopes en conceptoplossingen voor knelpunten in het net samen met Greenfield, Portfolio Management en Brownfield-teams. - Stuurt op vervangingsinitiatieven en onderhoudsstrategieën (preventief, correctief, conditioneel)...
