Bij Vcare Connect zoeken we een daadkrachtige Manager Operations die rust brengt in de operatie, sterke relaties opbouwt en onze verdere groei in goede banen leidt. Over de rol Als Manager Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en continue verbetering van onze operationele dienstverlening. Je geeft direct leiding aan een gedreven team van circa 10 professionals, waaronder consultants, projectleiders en engineers. Je bent een hands-on manager die weet wat er speelt en wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, zelf de operatie induikt. Jouw team is de spil in het succes van onze klanten in de zorgsector: zij verzorgen de implementatie van onze software, trainen gebruikers, voeren veranderprojecten uit en lossen complexe 3de-lijns tickets op. Daarnaast ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze externe partners en leveranciers betrokken bij de dienstverlening aan klanten. Jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze ketensamenwerking, de juiste balans tussen operationele excellentie en een optimale capaciteitsplanning. Je bent onderdeel van het managementteam en hebt vanuit Operations een belangrijke stem in de ontwikkeling van onze organisatie en dienstverlening.
