Als Manager Orders zorg je ervoor dat klantorders soepel, op tijd en volgens afspraak worden verwerkt. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt samen met collega's die net als jij houden van kwaliteit en resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Orders bij onze opdrachtgever in Valkenburg ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verbeteren van het volledige orderproces. Je bewaakt de voortgang van binnenkomende orders, zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en andere afdelingen. Dankzij jouw overzicht verlopen processen soepel en worden afspraken met klanten nagekomen. Je analyseert de prestaties van de orderafdeling en ziet snel waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Samen met verschillende interne teams werk je aan het optimaliseren van processen, het verhogen van de kwaliteit en het verkorten van doorlooptijden. Daarbij stuur je op duidelijke afspraken, samenwerking en een hoge klanttevredenheid. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het coachen van medewerkers en het verder ontwikkelen van de afdeling. Je creëert structuur, houdt grip op de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt ervoor dat het team klaar is voor toekomstige groei. Jouw werkzaamheden - Aansturen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de orderafdeling; - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van orderverwerking; - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen; - Afstemmen met afdelingen zoals Planning, Inkoop, Logistiek en Sales; - Analyseren van KPI's en rapporteren over de prestaties van de afdeling; - Zorgen voor een optimale klanttevredenheid en een efficiënt orderproces.
