JOUW IMPACT

  • Governance & ondersteuning: Je helpt mee aan de uitbouw van een duidelijke governance-structuur, bewaakt de agenda en zorgt dat beslissingen goed voorbereid en gecommuniceerd worden. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor het managementteam en leidinggevenden;
  • Cultuur & leiderschap: Je werkt actief aan een gedeelde organisatiecultuur, bewaakt onze waarden en helpt het leiderschapsmodel verder ontwikkelen en implementeren;
  • Organisatieontwikkeling: Je ontwerpt en evalueert het organisatiemodel zodat het optimaal aansluit bij onze doelstellingen. Je begeleidt transities en ondersteunt teams in verandering;
  • Veranderingsbeheer: Je coördineert het veranderprogramma, monitort de impact en zorgt voor draagvlak. Je verbindt projecten, volgt afhankelijkheden op en stimuleert synergie. Communicatie, coaching en training zijn jouw tools om engagement te versterken.
  • Een sterke visie op organisatieontwikkeling en change management;
  • Ervaring met governance, cultuurverandering en leiderschapsontwikkeling;
  • Analytisch inzicht, communicatieve kracht en een verbindende aanpak;
  • Het vermogen om strategisch te denken én praktisch te handelen.

SPECIFIEK

  • Je hebt een algemeen masterdiploma en beschikt over minstens 2 jaar relevante beroepservaring;
