FUNCTIE

Binnen Opera Ballet Vlaanderen en Antwerp Symphony Orchestra staan we elke dag voor de uitdaging om artistieke dromen waar te maken, op een veilige en verantwoorde manier.

Achter elk groots decor, elke sprong en elke symfonie zit iemand die het welzijn en de veiligheid van de medewerkers en het publiek bewaakt.

Beleid – Je werkt mee aan het welzijns- en veiligheidsbeleid van OBV & ASO.

Risico's – Je schat veiligheidsrisico's in bij producties, repetities en technische opstellingen.

Samenwerking – Je werkt actief samen met collega's uit alle afdelingen, van techniek tot artistiek, en met onze externe partners en de overheid.

TAKEN

  • Je maakt risicoanalyses voor producties (ontwerp decors, podiumopbouw, special effects, …) en werkt veiligheidsprocedures uit voor repetities en voorstellingen.
  • Je leidt technici, artiesten en freelancers op, zodat veiligheid een tweede natuur wordt.
  • Je stuurt een team ‘Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het werk’ (IDPBW) -medewerkers aan. Je stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt voor open communicatie en constructieve feedback.
  • Je zoekt samen met de artistieke leiding en collega's uit alle afdelingen de juiste balans tussen artistieke vrijheid en wettelijke kaders rond veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan het welzijns- en veiligheidsbeleid van OBV & ASO en bent de drijvende kracht achter het Comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk.
  • Je zet - als projectmanager - nieuwe projecten op poten en doet verbetervoorstellen voor bestaande processen en procedures zoals het jaaractieplan, het noodplan (voor publiek, producties en intern) en veiligheidscampagnes.
  • Je analyseert incidenten, zoals technisch organisatorische of weg-werkongevallen , en zorgt dat we er blijvend van leren.
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met de Externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk (EDPBW), samen met je HR-collega's, en met de FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg (FOD WASO).

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een getuigschrift preventieadviseur niveau 2 en milieucoördinatie.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als preventieadviseur. Bij voorkeur in een culturele, technische of publieke context. Affiniteit met duurzaamheid is een grote plus!
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je kunt goed luisteren en durft een onafhankelijk advies te geven, ook als dat niet de gemakkelijkste boodschap is.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen bij spanningen tussen artistieke wensen en wettelijke kaders en zoekt oplossingen waar anderen een obstakel zien.
  • Je hebt oog voor mensen én voor techniek en begrijpt beide werelden.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig en kunt meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheren.
  • Je houdt van een afwisselend takenpakket, leert graag bij en hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen.
