Deze internationale speler is actief in de maakindustrie en levert hoogwaardige nicheproducten die wereldwijd dagelijks worden gebruikt. Vanuit regio Waregem werken meer dan 100 medewerkers aan technische oplossingen met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als HSE Manager bewaak je de naleving van wetgeving rond preventie, veiligheid en milieu en volg je wijzigingen nauwgezet op
  • Daarnaast organiseer je opleidingen en verhoog je het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie
  • Je analyseert arbeidsongevallen en stelt gerichte verbeteracties voor
  • Samen met het managementteam zetel je in het CPBW en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Tot slot evalueer en keur je nieuwe installaties en processen goed vanuit EHS-perspectief
  • Je behaalde een diploma in een relevante richting en beschikt idealiter over een attest preventieadviseur niveau 2 (of bent bereid dit te behalen)
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen preventie, veiligheid of milieu is een plus, maar ook pas afgestudeerde kandidaten met de juiste motivatie worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en kan je je plan trekken in het Frans
