Vacatureomschrijving Als Manager Productgroep HVAC ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de productgroep HVAC (Verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning) en geef je richting aan de strategie, het assortiment en de commerciële resultaten. Je vertaalt marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften naar een toekomstgerichte aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat jouw productgroep optimaal presteert op het gebied van omzet, marge en klanttevredenheid. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance en E-commerce en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor leveranciers. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een team van Productmanagers en Assistent Productmanagers en stimuleer je hen om iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf én de productgroep te halen.
