Je geeft leiding aan een team van Productmanagers en Assistent Productmanagers en bent een sterke gesprekspartner voor leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? - Strategie voor de productgroep Sanitair ontwikkelen en implementeren, passend binnen organisatiedoelstellingen en het strategische meerjarenplan - Verantwoording dragen voor assortiment, prijsbeleid, marges, beschikbaarheid en commerciële prestaties; duurzame leveranciersrelaties opbouwen en onderhandelen over contracten en commerciële afspraken - Marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en commerciële kansen analyseren en vertalen naar succesvolle product-marktcombinaties en nieuwe proposities - Actief sturen op inkoopkortingen, verkoopprijzen, promotieafspraken en margeverbeteringen - Nauw samenwerken met Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance en E-commerce om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te realiseren - Risico's rondom leveranciers, grondstofprijzen en marktontwikkelingen signaleren en proactief maatregelen nemen - Leiding geven aan Productmanagers en Assistent Productmanagers en hen coachen in hun professionele ontwikkeling Wat neem je mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring in category management, inkoop of productmanagement, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische omgeving - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring binnen de sanitair- en/of installatiebranche (bijvoorbee...
