Locatie Katwijk Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Katwijk. Deze organisatie is een middelgroot familiebedrijf dat zich richt op de vervaardiging van chemische producten, met name fijnchemicaliën en Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. De locatie in Katwijk huisvest een productieomgeving met procesapparatuur zoals reactoren, destillatiesystemen en centrifuges en hulpmiddelen zoals filterpersen en pompen. De productieafdeling werkt volgens strikte kwaliteitseisen en een GMP-kader en hanteert hoge veiligheids- en milieustandaarden. Op de locatie werken ruim 100 medewerkers en op de afdeling Chemische Productie zijn 36 procesoperators actief in een 3-ploegendienst van maandag 06:00 uur tot zaterdag 06:00 uur. De processen omvatten synthese en zuivering van fijnchemicaliën en vereisen kennis van batch- en semi-continuïteitsprocessen en van procesapparatuur. De organisatie besteedt aandacht aan opleiding en het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers en biedt ontwikkelmogelijkheden richting operationele leiding en projectwerk rondom nieuwe apparatuur en procesoptimalisatie. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vereisen nauwkeurigheid, het volgen van werkinstructies en het rapporteren van incidenten en afwijkingen.
