Daarom zoeken wij een Manager Productie en Inkoop die ervoor zorgt dat de UV-systemen efficiënt worden geproduceerd, tijdig worden geleverd en dat de nodige materialen beschikbaar zijn tegen de beste voorwaarden. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Productie en Inkoop stuur je de productieafdeling zowel technisch als hiërarchisch aan. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en ziet wat er nodig is om de producten goed, op tijd en efficiënt bij de klant af te leveren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch inkopen van materialen en componenten. Je denkt vooruit, onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers en vindt het leuk om materialen op een kostenefficiënte en betrouwbare manier geleverd te krijgen. Je biedt ondersteuning aan je sales collega's voor het beantwoorden van technische vragen. Je werkt samen met de projectafdeling aan complexere projecten. Vanuit jouw praktijkervaring ben je een belangrijke technische sparringpartner voor collega's. Je ziet kansen voor verbeteringen en pakt deze met beide handen beet om samen de afdeling nog efficiënter, leuker of beter te maken. Of het nu gaat om productieprocessen, inkoopstromen, samenwerking tussen afdelingen of efficiëntieverbeteringen: jij neemt initiatief en brengt veranderingen in beweging. Waar kom je te werken?
