Smith WPC en Lochinvar. In deze nieuwe rol bouw je verder aan één gezamenlijke manier van werken binnen Product Management. De focus ligt op het aanbrengen van structuur, prioriteit en voortgang, met nadrukkelijk ruimte om richting te geven aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Markt, klant en techniek komen in jouw rol samen. Ontwikkelingen vertaal je naar nieuwe product- en systeemoplossingen en naar heldere keuzes rond portfolio, innovatie en groei. Daarbij weet je mensen mee te nemen in je visie en draagvlak te creëren voor keuzes en prioriteiten. Zo werken Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing en de internationale organisatie steeds meer vanuit één gezamenlijke koers. Na één jaar staat er een productmanagementafdeling die zichtbaarder, scherper en effectiever opereert. Markt- en concurrentie-informatie wordt structureel benut, het team werkt met meer focus en eigenaarschap en nieuwe ideeën zijn daadwerkelijk in beweging gekomen.
