Hoe jij bijdraagt De infrastructurele projecten waar jij je op richt zijn omvangrijk, multidisciplinair en beeldbepalend. Ze kenmerken zich door een grote veiligheids-/technisch kritische component, een aanzienlijk bestuurlijk afbreukrisico en een duidelijke impact op de omgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het integrale beheersproces binnen je projecten. Voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden is minimalisering van de verkeershinder met daarnaast een maximale beschikbaarheid van het netwerk een belangrijk doel. Een uitdaging die samen met de regionale dienst en de opdrachtnemers moet worden uitgewerkt. - Je geeft leiding aan een team van adviseurs en kostendeskundigen projectbeheersing. - Je maakt analyses op de verschillende projectbeheersingsaspecten en de samenhang daartussen. - Je laat de benodigde projectbeheersingsproducten omschrijven volgens de afgesproken specificaties en je bewaakt de aanlevering van deze producten door marktpartijen.
