Als Manager Projectbeheersing ben jij de spil in het bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en financiën van complexe civiele projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde kaders worden opgeleverd en stuurt proactief bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en klanten om risico's te identificeren en kansen te benutten. Jouw analytische blik en strategisch inzicht maken het verschil tussen een goed en een excellent project. In deze rol krijg je de kans om te werken aan diverse infrastructurele projecten die een directe impact hebben op de leefomgeving van miljoenen mensen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en implementeren van projectbeheersingssystemen, het monitoren van projectvoortgang en het adviseren van het management over kritische beslissingen. Daarnaast coach en ontwikkel je junior projectcontrollers en draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van werkprocessen binnen de organisatie. De functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt je ontwikkelen richting Senior Manager Projectbeheersing, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor een portfolio van grote infrastructuurprojecten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Programmamanager of Director Project Controls. De organisatie investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van internationale trainingen, certificeringsprogramma's en kennisuitwisseling met collega's wereldwijd. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Opzetten en beheren van projectbeheersingssystemen voor civiele infrastructuurprojecten; - Monitoren en rapporteren van projectvoortgang, kosten en risico's aan stakeholders; - Analyseren van projectdata en adviseren over optimalisatiemogelijkheden; - Coördineren van change management processen en contractwijzigingen; - Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van projectcontrollers en junior medewerkers; - Implementere
