Als onderdeel van het IPM-team draag je bij aan de beheersing van onze grootschalige projecten. Je adviseert het projectteam door het verzamelen, analyseren en duiden van informatie over planning, financiën en risico's. Dit houdt in het bewaken van de projectopdrachten en scopemanagement, financieel management, planningsbeheer, informatiemanagement, documentbeheer, risico- & kwaliteitsmanagement. Je brengt blinde vlekken binnen de projectbeheersing onder de aandacht en je vertaalt je bevindingen naar heldere voorstellen tot besluitvorming. Vanuit jouw centrale rol houd je interne en externe stakeholders goed op de hoogte van wat er speelt en breng je ze in positie. Het betreft een hybride functie. Je werkt op perceelniveau en bent daardoor verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten en regelmatig op de verschillende bouwlocaties binnen het werkgebied. We werken hybride: twee dagen per week ben je op kantoor met en bij onze aannemer in Almere, minstens één dag met het programmateam in Apeldoorn, en de rest werk je – als je werk dat toelaat – lekker thuis.
