Opdrachtomschrijving Voor Rijkswaterstaat in Middelburg zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager Projectbeheersing (MPB) B-Bruggen Zee & Delta. Rijkswaterstaat werkt aan projecten door middel van het Integraalprojectmanagementmodel (IPM-model). Je maakt deel uit van een projectteam waarbij jij borgt dat het team op basis van de juiste informatie beslissingen neemt. Daartoe lever je waardevolle stuur-, beheers- en verantwoordingsinformatie aan projectteamleden en de sturingslijn. Als manager projectbeheersing verzorg jij de integrale beheersing voor onderhoudscontracten. Hierbij vul je zelfstandig de integrale beheersing in (scope, tijd, geld, risico's, planning, informatie, kwaliteit en documentatie) voor één of meerdere contracten. Je creëert overzicht en brengt blinde vlekken binnen de projectbeheersing onder de aandacht. Dit doe je onder meer door de verschillende projectbeheersingsaspecten en de samenhang daartussen te analyseren en te agenderen. Je bevindingen vertaal je naar heldere voorstellen tot besluitvorming. Hierbij stel je vanuit de projectopdracht duidelijke prioriteiten en doelen. Jij bewaakt samen met jouw collega's vanuit de afdeling projectbeheersing bij Programma's, Projecten en Onderhoud (PPO) de kwaliteit en de tijdige levering van die projectbeheersingsproducten. Jij houdt van het dragen van veel verantwoordelijkheid en dat is maar goed ook. Wanneer planningen afwijken, hangt het hele projectteam namelijk op jou.
