Functietitel: IPM Manager Projectbeheersing Recruiter: Daniëlle Bijsterbosch Vacature-ID: 4240 Manager Projectbeheersing (IPM)| Ontwerp & Aanleg Voor onze afdeling Ontwerp & Aanleg zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en verbindende Manager Projectbeheersing Integraal Projectmanagement (IPM). Vitens investeert de komende jaren flink in de vervanging en uitbreiding van productielocaties en leidingnetwerk. De afdeling Ontwerp & Aanleg realiseert dit groeiende projectenportfolio en is hiervoor opnieuw ingericht. Hierdoor ontstaat een nieuwe subafdeling XL projecten, gericht op de grootste en meest complexe projecten die volgens het IPM-model worden uitgevoerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je draagt bij aan iets belangrijks: iedere dag 1 miljard liter drinkwater van topkwaliteit winnen, zuiveren en leveren. Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat De afdeling Ontwerp & Aanleg (O&A) realiseert de projectenopgave voortkomend uit het Investeringsprogramma (IP). Door de groei van het IP en de toenemende omvang en complexiteit van projecten staan we de komende jaren voor stevige uitdagingen. Om deze uitdagingen goed te beheersen is de O&A-afdeling opnieuw ingericht. Onze projecten worden steeds groter en complexer en hebben een hoog risicoprofiel, zowel financieel als qua omgeving. Vanuit deze herinrichting is een apart team voor XL-projecten ontstaan. Dit team van experts werkt volgens het Integraal ProjectManagement (IPM) Model en realiseert projecten in samenwerking met marktpartijen. Met deze nieuwe subafdeling kunnen we de grote projecten effectiever besturen, nieuwe functies binnen Vitens ontwikkelen en het IPM-model verder versterken. We hechten er veel waarde aan dat de opgedane kennis, ervaring en inzichten ook verder in de organisatie gedeeld en mogelijk toegepast kunnen worden. De Manager Projectbeheersing IPM is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van betrouwbare stuur- en verantwoordingsinformatie over Geld, Risico's, Organisatie, Tijd, Info...
