Heb jij grip op planning, financiën, risico's en kwaliteit, en weet jij teams mee te nemen in een gestructureerde projectaanpak? Dan is deze functie als Manager Projectbeheersing Infra een uitstekende volgende stap. Als Manager Projectbeheersing maak je deel uit van een integraal projectmanagementteam (IPM) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheersen van complexe infrastructurele projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten voorspelbaar, beheerst en succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt grip op: - Planning en voortgang - Projectbudgetten en financiële beheersing - Risicomanagement - Kwaliteit en contracteisen - Scopebewaking en wijzigingsmanagement Daarnaast: - Stuur je een team van projectcoördinatoren en projectbeheersers aan; - Adviseer je projectmanagement en direct betrokken stakeholders; - Richt je processen rondom projectbeheersing in en verbeter je deze continu; - Analyseer je afwijkingen en stuur je tijdig bij; - Zorg je voor heldere rapportages en managementinformatie; - Bewaak je de samenhang tussen planning, risico's, financiën en projectdoelstellingen. Jij bent degene die overzicht creëert en ervoor zorgt dat complexe infraprojecten beheerst en succesvol worden gerealiseerd.
