Ruimte voor groei bij het RVB Zoals ons vastgoed tegen steeds dynamischer weer moet kunnen, zo moeten ook RVB'ers zich kunnen blijven ontwikkelen in een dynamisch werkveld. Daarom bieden we als werkgever allerlei voorzieningen en tools waarmee iedereen zichzelf 'fit' kan houden. Via trainingen en studies, maar ook door met elkaar én met vakgenoten van buiten de organisatie kennis te delen. Dat houdt ons scherp en up-to-date. Hybride werken is de normaalste zaak van de wereld en door de landelijke spreiding van onze vestigingen kunnen we verder kijken dan de eigen regio.
