Jouw uitdaging als Manager Projecten Als volwaardige Manager Projecten voor de Regio Zuid heb je zowel een operationele als commerciële rol. Hij/zij geeft leiding aan de projectteams en zorgt voor continue ontwikkeling van de medewerkers en het continu verbeteren van de werkprocessen. De Manager Projecten zal zich commercieel richten op het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties vanuit de projecten, maar ook op marktontwikkeling en het uitbreiden van activiteiten. Denk hierbij aan nieuwe markten aanboren, het klantenbestand in de regio verder uitbouwen, nieuwe partnerships ontwikkelen, omzet en rendement verhogen en de organisatie daarop inrichten. Dit vraagt om ondernemend leiderschap waarbij integrale samenwerking binnen het Unica-netwerk van bedrijven cruciaal is. De Manager Projecten is verantwoordelijk voor: - Commercie en Business Development: op ondernemende wijze uitbreiden van het aantal projecten in bestaande en nieuwe markten; verder ontwikkelen van bestaande én nieuwe product/markt combinaties.
