Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats of in de wijk en zorgt ervoor dat de projecten op tijd en binnen budget aan tevreden eindgebruikers worden opgeleverd. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan daarnaast onder andere uit: - Aansturen van de bouwplaatsmedewerkers. - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van de voortgang, kosten, kwaliteit en veiligheid en bijsturen indien nodig. Wie we zoeken Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die veel praktijkervaring en bouwkundige kennis combineert met goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Met die eigenschappen en jouw sterke persoonlijkheid heb je al diverse projecten tot een succes gemaakt. Daarnaast voldoe je aan het volgende profiel: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding bouwkunde, hbo-bouwkunde is een pre. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Ook op uitvoerend niveau. - Ervaring en affiniteit met kostenbewaking. - Oplossingsgericht en creatief. - Klantgerichte instelling.
