Heilijgers Wat is vereist - Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding in een relevante richting, bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde, Planologie, Vastgoedkunde of Real Estate Management. - Je beschikt over minimaal 10 jaar ervaring binnen project- of gebiedsontwikkeling, waarvan een deel in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met complexe woningbouwprojecten, bij voorkeur binnenstedelijke of gemengde opgaven met meerdere stakeholders.
