Manager Quality en Food Safety bij Heemskerk fresh & easy Als Manager Quality & Food Safety ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, duurzaamheid en arbeidsomstandigheden binnen onze organisatie. In deze rol ben je betrokken bij alle schakels in de keten, van teelt tot consumentenverpakking. Je zorgt samen met je teams voor een betrouwbaar kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, veilige producten, heldere specificaties en een goede beheersing van risico's in de hele keten. Je ontwikkelt beleid en vertaalt dit naar systemen en processen die goed werken in de praktijk. Daarbij bewaak je dat we voldoen aan wetgeving, certificeringseisen en klantverwachtingen. Je zoekt steeds naar de juiste balans tussen kwaliteit, rendement en uitvoerbaarheid. In jouw rol leg je de verbinding tussen commercie, operatie en kwaliteit. Je doet dat op inhoud, gedrag en samenwerking. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Algemeen Directeur. Je geeft leiding aan de teams QA, QC & Crop Control en Veiligheid en bent actief betrokken bij de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Je stuurt actief op resultaten vanuit KPI's, klachtenanalyses, leveranciersbeoordelingen en audits. Zie je dat iets beter, slimmer of veiliger kan? Dan neem je initiatief en zorg je dat verbeteringen ook echt worden doorgevoerd. Kwaliteit zit al sinds 1960 in het DNA van Heemskerk. Jij bouwt daarop voort en helpt dit nog verder te verstevigen. In deze rol verbind je kwaliteit met de rest van de organisatie. Je bent aangesloten bij het Commercieel MT en het Operationeel MT, waar je kwaliteitsinzichten, risico's en compliancevraagstukken actief inbrengt.
