Jij adviseert overheden op strategisch niveau en helpt hen toekomstbestendige keuzes te maken. Jouw rol Als Manager Real Estate binnen de publieke sector werk je aan complexe en impactvolle projecten. Je ontwikkelt strategische huisvestingsplannen voor ministeries, ondersteunt gemeenten en provincies bij vastgoedsturing en begeleidt samenwerkingen tussen overheden, marktpartijen en woningcorporaties. Je werkt zelfstandig aan jouw projecten, stuurt junior collega's aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers. Je analyseert, adviseert en vertaalt beleid naar concrete oplossingen die bijdragen aan een leefbare, duurzame en toekomstbestendige omgeving. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Strategische huisvestingsplannen - ontwikkelen en implementeren voor diverse overheidsorganisaties. Samenwerking versnellen - tussen overheden, corporaties en marktpartijen binnen woningbouw- en gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. Verduurzamingsadvies - opstellen van ESG‑routekaarten en adviseren over duurzame vastgoedoplossingen. Project- en gebiedsontwikkeling - begeleiden van projecten met focus op maatschappelijke waarde. Optimalisatie van vastgoedsturing - inzetten van data en digitalisering voor betere besluitvorming.
