Jij zorgt dat het team weet wat eraan komt, waar de focus ligt en welke keuzes nodig zijn om aanvragen goed op te pakken. ⚙ Bouwen aan recruitment Veel vrijheid om processen, candidate experience, AI en automation verder vorm te geven. Van gesprekstechnieken tot werkprocessen en slimme tooling: jij bepaalt waar de volgende gezet wordt. Jouw baan als Manager Recruitment & Operations Als Manager Recruitment & Operations geef je dagelijks leiding aan 4 recruiters en 3 relatiebeheerders. Je zorgt dat nieuwe aanvragen snel worden opgepakt, stelt prioriteiten en houdt zicht op de prestaties van het team. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de planning van vandaag. Processen, candidate experience en samenwerking tussen sales en operations kunnen slimmer en duidelijker. Binnen het MT denk je mee over operationele keuzes, grote projecten en de koers van het team. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, helpt collega's beter worden en zet ideeën om in concrete verbeteringen. Dit ga je doen: - Team aansturen Je bepaalt dagelijks de prioriteiten, verdeelt de aandacht over aanvragen en zorgt dat duidelijk is wat er van iedereen wordt verwacht. - Prestaties verbeteren Je maakt inzichtelijk waar het team goed presteert, waar verbetering nodig is en bespreekt dit tijdens coaching, functioneringsgesprekken en beoordelingen. - Processen aanscherpen Je doorziet recruitmentprocessen, signaleert knelpunten en maakt werkwijzen slimmer...
