Binnen Dendooven bouwen we gericht aan een gespecialiseerde retailwerking. Jij krijgt de kans én verantwoordelijkheid om deze tak verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw rol als Manager Retail

Als Manager Retail combineer je sectorinhoudelijke expertise, strategisch advies en business development.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actief benaderen en aantrekken van retailklanten (met focus op warenhuizen en multi-site retailorganisaties) én voor het uitbouwen van een sterke retailportefeuille.

Je positioneert Dendooven als strategische partner binnen de retailsector en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit op management- en directieniveau.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het directieteam en werkt nauw samen met senior advisors, accounting assistants en de business controller.

Uitbouw van de retailtak

  • Je ontwikkelt een duidelijke visie en strategie voor onze retailpraktijk.
  • Je bouwt actief een klantenportefeuille uit binnen de retailsector.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten in de markt en benadert prospecten proactief.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Dendooven binnen retailnetwerken en events.

Business development & klantenrelaties

  • Je voert strategische gesprekken met zaakvoerders, CFO’s en directies.
  • Je analyseert noden en vertaalt die naar concrete adviestrajecten.
  • Je bouwt langdurige partnerships uit.
  • Je ziet opportuniteiten voor bijkomende dienstverlening en strategisch advies.

CFO-as-a-Service & rapportering

  • Je zet CFOaaS-trajecten op voor retailklanten.
  • Je ontwikkelt managementrapporteringen op maat (maandelijks/kwartaal).
  • Je implementeert KPI-gedreven dashboards (marges, rotaties, stockbeheer, personeelskosten, cashflow).
  • Je begeleidt budgettering, forecasting en investeringsanalyses.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij expansie, overnames of herstructureringen.

Teamlead & kwaliteitsbewaking

  • Je stuurt senior advisors en assistants aan binnen retaildossiers.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, compliance en uniformiteit in rapportering.
  • Je deelt retailkennis intern en bouwt expertise verder uit.
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in accountancy, advisory of controlling.
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in de retailsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert commerciële flair met inhoudelijke diepgang.
  • Je hebt ervaring met rapportering, budgettering en strategische begeleiding.
  • Je denkt ondernemend en krijgt energie van het uitbouwen van een nieuwe tak.
  • Je communiceert vlot op directieniveau en neemt natuurlijk leiderschap op.
