Manager Risk, Compliance & Internal Control De organisatie BPD Woningfonds is een Nederlands woningbeleggingsfonds, opgericht door BPD en Rabobank, dat investeert in duurzame en betaalbare middenhuurwoningen. Met een huidige portefeuille van circa 6.400 woningen en de ambitie om door te groeien naar 16.500 woningen in 2034 bevindt het fonds zich in een sterke groeifase. Vanuit een combinatie van financiële expertise en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid werkt BPD Woningfonds aan langdurige waardecreatie voor huurders, gemeenten en andere stakeholders. Het functieprofiel Als Manager Risk, Compliance & Internal Control speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder versterken van governance, risicobeheersing en interne controle binnen BPD Woningfonds. In deze brede tweedelijnspositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het Risk-, Compliance- en Internal Control Framework. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, het management en diverse interne en externe stakeholders. Je signaleert risico's, adviseert over beheersmaatregelen en zorgt ervoor dat relevante wet- en regelgeving op een praktische en effectieve manier wordt geborgd binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig richting te geven aan jouw vakgebied en bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van een groeiend en maatschappelijk relevant vastgoedfonds. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Verder ontwikkelen en operationaliseren van het Risk-, Compliance- en Internal Control Framework; - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, compliance controles en het rapporteren van bevindingen en verbetermaatregelen; - Adviseren van directie en management over risico's, governance, wet- en regelgeving en procesverbeteringen; - Monitoren van beheersingsmaatregelen en ontwikkelen van dashboards voor inzicht en rapportage; - Begeleiden van ISAE 3402 assurance-trajecten en samenwerken met accountants en toezichthouders; - Bijdragen aan verdere automatisering, ...
