The posting

Deze multinational combineert state-of-the-art infrastructuur met technische innovatie en een sterke focus op duurzame groei. Met meer dan 4.000 medewerkers in België en een jaarlijkse omzet van circa 300 miljoen euro behoort de organisatie tot de absolute top binnen haar sector.

Voor de sites in de Haven van Antwerpen (Rechteroever) zoeken zij een Manager Rolling Equipment die een cruciale managementrol wil opnemen en een directe impact wil hebben op de ambitieuze groeiplannen van de organisatie.

Jouw taken:

· Verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en operationeel beheer van al het rollend materieel op de sites, waaronder het bepalen van de langetermijnstrategie voor inzet, vervanging en uitbreiding van het werktuigenpark.

· Evalueren van technologische innovaties en marktontwikkelingen, en opstellen en opvolgen van investeringsvoorstellen, CAPEX- en OPEX-budgetten.

· Aansturen, coachen en evalueren van het onderhoudsteam, bestaande uit een 10-tal direct reports en een 50-tal indirect reports (techniekers in ploegensysteem).

· Trouble shooting bij complexe technische problemen, uitvoeren van root cause analyses en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen.

· Opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van onderhouds- en investeringsbudgetten, voeren van onderhandelingen met leveranciers en realiseren van besparingsinitiatieven.

· Rapporteren van de resultaten aan de Department Manager Maintenance & Repair.

· Master industrieel ingenieur of bachelor in een technische richting.

· Min 7 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan enkele jaren als leidinggevende binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.

· Sterke technische kennis, analytisch en het vermogen om problemen efficiënt op te lossen.

· Een geboren people manager die het beste uit de mensen naar boven weet te krijgen.

· Communicatief, resultaatgericht en het vermogen om technisch complexe omgevingen aan te sturen.
