The posting

Als Manager Rolling Equipment ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de betrouwbaarheid en de verdere optimalisatie van een uitgebreid machinepark met zwaar rollend materieel. Je combineert strategisch asset management met operationeel onderhoudsmanagement en speelt een cruciale rol in het garanderen van de beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de volledige vloot.

In deze functie:

  • Beheer en optimaliseer je het rollend materieel met als doel een maximale beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie te realiseren.
  • Ontwikkel en implementeer je onderhoudsstrategieën en reliability-programma's die bijdragen aan een duurzame en optimale inzet van de assets.
  • Geef je leiding aan een uitgebreid team van supervisors en techniekers, waarbij je hen coacht, ondersteunt en stimuleert in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Volg je KPI's op, analyseer je technische storingen en initieer je verbetertrajecten om prestaties en processen continu te optimaliseren.
  • Beheer je onderhouds- en investeringsbudgetten en identificeer je opportuniteiten voor kostenoptimalisatie, zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit of veiligheid.
  • Werk je nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders om een maximale operationele continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Zie je toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen binnen alle onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen, bent Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen het onderhoud van zwaar rollend materieel in een industriële of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van technische teams.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van mechanica, hydraulica, elektrische systemen en aandrijftechnieken.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt resultaatgericht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie- en besluitvormingsvaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, inspireren en mee te nemen in veranderingstrajecten.
