Stap in als Manager Sales & Order Fulfilment bij Vink Techniek en bouw mee aan meer samenwerking, duidelijkheid en grip op klantaanvragen, offertes en orders. Jij geeft vanuit een meewerkende rol leiding aan een team van 13 collega's, verdeeld over binnendienst, werkvoorbereiding en CAD/CAM programmeurs. Jouw afdeling is de schakel tussen klant en productie. Er is veel kennis over kunststofverwerking aanwezig binnen de organisatie. Jij voegt kennis toe op het gebied van leiderschap, structuur en samenwerking. Je bent lid van het MT en rapporteert aan de General Manager van Vink Techniek. Je hebt een spilfunctie binnen de organisatie en zorgt voor goede samenwerking met de afdelingen verkoop, productie, kwaliteit en planning. Processen leren kennen De eerste periode besteed je aan het leren kennen van de mensen en de organisatie, waarbij je je ook verdiept in de processen en systemen. Je steekt je handen uit de mouwen op de afdeling, zodat je echt inzicht krijgt in de werkzaamheden, producten en bewerkingsmethoden. Met begrip voor de bestaande werkwijzen en de cultuur, maar met een vernieuwende blik ga je vervolgens aan de slag om zaken slimmer, efficiënter of beter te maken. Team aansturen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van jouw team. Je bent toegankelijk voor vragen van of overleg met je team. Met persoonlijke aandacht en een luisterend oor voor elk teamlid sluit je qua leiderschapsstijl aan bij de individuele behoeften. Daarnaast coach je op samenwerking en onderlinge afstemming, zodat het werk evenwichtig verdeeld wordt en klanten goed worden geholpen.
