Als manager draag je vaktechnische verantwoordelijkheid voor uiteenlopende opdrachten. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met coachend leiderschap en werkt nauw samen met jouw team én gespecialiseerde collega's uit verschillende disciplines binnen Grant Thornton. Je werkt vanuit ons moderne kantoor in Amsterdam, en bij de klant op locatie. Je houdt je bezig met het: • Zelfstandig beheren én uitbouwen van samenstelopdrachten voor MKB-klanten in de regio; • Proactief adviseren van klanten over financiële en organisatorische vraagstukken; • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van multidisciplinaire teams; • Stimuleren van vaktechnische ontwikkeling binnen onze praktijk; • Signaleren van kansen voor procesverbetering en klantoptimalisatie. Wat neem je mee? • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in de MKB-praktijk als controller of binnen de samenstelpraktijk; • Een (theoretisch) afgeronde AA-opleiding of vergelijkbare achtergrond; • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling; • Ambitie om een relevant netwerk op te bouwen; • Een ondernemende en coachende instelling.
