Je opereert op het snijvlak van strategie, bestuurlijke samenwerking en maatschappelijke opgaven. Je brengt beweging in de samenwerking tussen scholen, gemeenten en jeugdhulporganisaties en geeft richting aan de gezamenlijke ambitie om herbergzaam onderwijs te realiseren.Je geeft leiding aan regionale netwerken en vertaalt maatschappelijke en landelijke ontwikkelingen naar strategie en beleid. Je werkt samen aan innovatieve oplossingen voor leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je bent de verbindende en bestuurlijke kracht binnen de regio.
