Interim Professionals Kom werken bij CED als Manager Schade - interim Hybride werken (deels thuis / deels kantoor) Omschrijving van de functie CED Interim Professionals is het aanspreekpunt voor organisaties in de verzekeringsbranche die voor korte of langere termijn tijdelijk behoefte hebben aan ervaren en gekwalificeerde medewerkers. Wij zijn voor onze klant op zoek naar een bevlogen interim (Team)Manager Schade voor 32 tot 40 uur per week die per 1 november a.s. beschikbaar is. Je geeft leiding aan plusminus 20 FTE (Schadebehandelaren materieel) verdeeld over een vijftal clusters. Elk cluster kent senioren die met name de inhoudelijke begeleiding verzorgen van collega's. Als het gaat om zeer complexe dossiers dan ben jij wel de sparringpartner voor de senioren. Aangezien de organisatie volop in transitie zit, houd jij je met name bezig met people skills en de medewerkers meekrijgen in de de verandering. De klant kent twee locaties en op beide locaties ben je in een week zichtbaar aangevuld met 1-2 dagen vanuit huis werken. Functie-eisen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring op zowel leidinggevend gebied als inhoudelijk op het gebied van Schade. - Je hebt eerder teams aangestuurd waar verandering centraal stond. - Je vindt het uitdagend om mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen en de skills van medewerkers te herkennen en waar nodig verder te ontwikkelen. - Je bent gedreven, werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving en bent emphatisch.
