Vanuit ons moderne pand in Woerden werken we met ruim 200 collega's dagelijks aan professionele frituurinstallaties en horecakeukens voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. We blijven groeien en ontwikkelen. Een goede serviceorganisatie is daarbij onmisbaar. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager Service die samen met onze servicemonteurs en service binnendienst zorgt dat onze klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Hoe ziet jouw dag als Manager Service eruit? Als Manager Service geef je leiding aan onze servicemonteurs en de collega's van de service binnendienst. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onderhoud, storingen en andere servicewerkzaamheden zo goed mogelijk worden georganiseerd en uitgevoerd. Geen dag binnen Service is hetzelfde. Er kunnen onverwachte storingen binnenkomen, de planning kan wijzigen en soms moeten er snel keuzes worden gemaakt. Jij houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment worden ingezet. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de ontwikkeling van je team en kijk je continu waar werkzaamheden slimmer of efficiënter georganiseerd kunnen worden. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen QBTEC en rapporteert aan de directie. Enthousiast?
