Als Manager Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat met klantgerichtheid en serviceprocessen te maken heeft.

Jouw taken:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach de winkel verlaten en je team net zo goed.
  • Een vlot draaiende kassa tot een warme welkom aan de zelfscan daar krijg jij een echte boost van!
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, houdt het overzicht én springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt je team alsof het je tweede natuur is.
  • Je werkt samen met de andere managers om van de winkel een plek te maken waar klanten graag komen en collega's graag werken

Klanten tevreden, team tevreden. Dat is jouw dagelijkse missie!
