Zorg jij ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach de winkel verlaten? Als Manager Service zorg je

ervoor dat de doorstroming bij de kassa en de zelfscan soepel verloopt. Je houdt de statistieken

van de winkel bij en let bijvoorbeeld goed op het gebruik van de AH app, zodat je precies weet

hoeveel procent van de klanten hun Bonuskaart wel of niet heeft geregistreerd en hoeveel

procent van de klanten zelf afrekent via het zelfscanplein. Door gebruik te maken van de

nieuwste digitale tools weet je het leven van de klant een stukje makkelijker te maken.

Als Manager Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een prettige winkelervaring

voor de klanten. Samen met de Supermarktmanager, de Manager Vers en de Manager Operatie

vorm je een krachtig managementteam. Je bent bovendien als echte manager verantwoordelijk

voor het opbouwen van een sterk en hecht team. Zo help je hen om te gaan met verschillende

klantsituaties en coach je hen op gedrag. Jouw doel is het creëren van een open en fijne

werksfeer waar hard werken samengaat met plezier en gezelligheid.
