Vanuit Son en Hoofddorp stuur je circa 15 medewerkers aan en combineer je operationeel leiderschap met procesverbetering en organisatiebrede projecten. Je speelt daarnaast een belangrijke rol in de AFAS-implementatie en verdere digitalisering van 24/7 drive. Werkzaamheden Als Manager Service Center ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere professionalisering van het Shared Service Center. Je verbindt mensen, processen en systemen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening. - Leidinggeven aan twee teams van in totaal circa 15 medewerkers in Son en Hoofddorp - Aansturen en bewaken van de dagelijkse operatie - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en teamleiders - Verantwoordelijk voor capaciteitsplanning, werkverdeling en kwaliteit - Leiden van de AFAS-implementatie binnen onze label Transport & Logistiek - Optimaliseren en standaardiseren van bedrijfsprocessen - Coördineren van projectplanning, voortgang en communicatie - Samenwerken met directie, management, IT, interne stakeholders en externe partners - Opstellen van werkinstructies, procesbeschrijvingen en documentatie - Signaleren en realiseren van verbeteringen binnen processen en systemen - Bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines, budgetten en projectdoelstellingen - Rapporteren over resultaten, risico's en verbeterkansen Wij bieden - Salarisindicatie: € 4.000 tot € 5.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring - 26 verlofdagen en 6,5 ATV dagen (ATV dagen mag je ook uit laten betalen) - 13e maand.
