Wij zijn opzoek naar een Manager voor de afdelingen Service, Onderhoud en Kleinbouw. Laten we ons eerst even kort voorstellen. Wij, Klaver Klimaattechniek verzorgen duurzame klimaatoplossingen van advies en ontwerp tot aanleg van en service of onderhoud aan installaties. Als klimaatspecialist willen wij graag de beste zijn in ons vakgebied. Ons team zet er daarom elke dag weer de schouders onder om zelfstandig en in teamverband de klus te klaren. Door uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, projecten en technieken is bij ons geen dag hetzelfde! Wat ga je doen? Je bent lid van het managementteam en denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van jouw drie afdelingen, bestaande uit circa 40 medewerkers. Je richt je op het realiseren van groei, het optimaliseren van processen en een hoge klanttevredenheid. Naast je leidinggevende rol heb je ook een operationele verantwoordelijkheid en ondersteun je jouw teams waar nodig. - Je stuurt de afdelingen aan om gezamenlijke de beste resultaten te behalen - Je bewaakt de voortgang van storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve afhandeling - Je optimaliseert de planning en capaciteit zodat werkzaamheden efficiënt worden uitgevoerd - Je ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorsc...
